Exercise in stations for a set length of time or set number of times allows breaking up to work on different muscles
What is cross training?
Mixture of the training methods eg in a week including rest days
What is Fartkek training?
Running at different paces over different terrain
What is weight training?
Provides a resistance or load for muscles to work against
