Does the solution do what it is supposed to?
A
- compare against client req and see how well each one has been met
- some easy to assess (quantitative)
- some would be (qualitative) so would require the opinions of others to see id they had been met

Does the solution do it in the way its supposed to do it?
A
- design sheets would have been produced to communicate how the problem would be tackled
- should explain what changes have been made to the design and why

Is the solution an effective one?
A
- how long does it take?
- how efficient are the controls?
- how intuitive is the solution?
- how accurate is the input data?
- how efficient is the processing?
- how appropriate are the outputs?
- how robust is the solution?

What questions need to be asked when evaluating?
A
- does the solution do what it’s supposed to
- does it do it in the way it’s supposed to?
- is it an effective one?
- if not, what is wrong with it and what would be done to make it an effective one?
