if the easa or NAA think that the aircraft isn’t capable of safe flight, what happens next?
they may make or require additional inspections or tests
what form is issued by the compotent authority/easa?
easa form 20a
who can issue an easa form 20b?
approved DOA, POA or CAMO
how quickly should a permit to fly issued under form 20b be submitted to the compotent authority?
as soon as possible but no later than 3 days
what must be issued prior to flight under permit to fly?
a CRS under part-m or part-145 confirming conditions are met specified in permit to fly
are permits to fly transferable?
no unless its under point 15, where the aircraft stays on the same register and agreed by compotent authority

how long is a permit to fly valid for?
12 months unless not compliant with permit to fly or revoked or surrended, or removed from register
