what is the validity of a POA? (4)
A
unlimited providing it:
* continues to comply with requirements
* doesn’t prevent agency access
* can maintain satisfactory control of manufacturing
* isnt revoked or surrended

what are the priviledges of a POA? (5)
A
- perform production under Part 21
- (aircraft) obtain CoA and noise certificate
- (products) issue CRS form 1
- maintain aicraft that it produced and issue CRS form 53
- issue permit to fly if approved to do so
