What are the 4 types of project termination?
Extinction - completed or failed (natural)
Addition - project has successfully become part of parent orgnanisation
Integration - Projetc assests are distributed among parent withing existing structure
Starvation - Withdrawal of resources, not officially closed
What must you also consider when analyisng project peformance?
Mid and Long term stategic objectives. Such as organisations vision and stakeholder satisfaction.
