A

Sudden re-occurrence to the LSD experience long after it happened, short phenomenon, can still happen long after drug has worn off and cleared your body

A

Entering a dark environment, thinking about having one, and marijuana (marijuana won’t cause flashbacks to marijuana experience.

18
Q

What is a metaphysical bad trip

A

Can range from a panic reaction to full blown psychosis. Has to do with how you go into your psychedelic experience. Fixed intense emotion and distortion of reality that seems to last forever

19
Q

What happens when you inject DMT

A

As powerful as LSD but less potent, when injected it will propel you dramatically into the later stages and be short in action

20
Q

What is psychosis?

A

LSD can produce a psychotic like state if someone ingests it without knowing or if they are vulnerable to LSD (had a psychosis attack before)

21
Q

How is tolerance to psychedelics?

A

Rapid tolerance, repeated doses become nothing after 3-4 days, but then tolerance also disappears just as quickly

22
Q

What is cross tolerance?

A

Outside of your drug class, there is tolerance, if you did LSD 3 days in a row, and you try mushrooms, you will get less of an effect to the mushrooms too, but not marijuana

23
Q

What is the abuse and addiction potential of psychedelics?

A

Abuse depends on the circumstances and is common. Addiction is rare and withdrawal symptoms are not pronounced sinc ethe tolerance building is so dramatic
