Purpose
To define an appropriate method to conduct business analysis activities
Description
- Describe the overall method that will be followed when performing BAs work; how and when task will be perform; and the deliverables that will be produced
- Set of techniques to use
- may be defined by a methodology or by org standards
The BAs approach should:
- Align to the overall goals of the change
- Coordinate the BAs task, activities, deliverables
- Include task manage risk
- Leverage approaches and select techniques and tools that have historically worked well
