What is neurorehabillitaiton
Process of active change where individual who has become disabled acquires knowledge and skills required for optimal physical and psychological function
Define impairment
physical, psychological or anatomical change at an organ-level
Give an example of impairment
weak leg
Define disability
things individual is not able to do because of impairment a person level
Give an example of disability
unable to get dressed due to weak leg
Define handicap
disadvantage individual has at a social level compared to others as a result of their disability
Give an example of a handicap
individual with weak leg cannot get up the stairs to their workplace and there is no ramp
