1/10 Regional Cross Sectional Neuroanatomy Flashcards
How do myelins stains appear?
Myelin (axons) will be dark.
Cell bodies will be light
Follow nervous system
-curves along rostral to caudal
-top is always dorsal, bottom is always ventral
How do MRIs appear?
T2 MRI – Water will be light (CSF)
Follow planes of orientation
