seperation anxiety disorder
significant anxiety fear of being seperated or something happening to them or their parents
OCD is not an anxiety disorder why 4 reasons

what is reciprocal inhibition?
principle or concept that makes systematic desensitization work - one emotional event or stage will prevent the occurrence of the opposite. Cant feel happy and sad at the same time, anxious or calm at the same time. See the situation in a different light more calmly.
