What is E-cadherin?
A
responsible for cell to cell adhesion to help assemble and maintain epithelial sheets.

What does N-cadherin do?
A
promotes migration of cells

How do PARP inhibitors work?
A
- PARP inhibitors increase single strand breaks
- This forms toxic dna double strand breaks
- In BRCA1/2 mutated cells, they lose any ability to repair
- Normal cells, BRCA allows for HR function so DNA repaired.
