Q

How do PARP inhibitors work?

A
  1. PARP inhibitors increase single strand breaks
  2. This forms toxic dna double strand breaks
  3. In BRCA1/2 mutated cells, they lose any ability to repair
  4. Normal cells, BRCA allows for HR function so DNA repaired.
