This chart measures a child’s weight in relation to their height.
Weight for Height
If a child’s growth pattern deviates significantly from the expected curve, it may indicate a growth or developmental issue.
Significant Deviation from the growth curve
If a child’s weight or height is below the 5th percentile, it may indicate a growth or nutritional issue.
Failure to thrive
If a child experiences rapid growth or weight gain, it may indicate an underlying medical issue.
