A

Constantly harass the prisoners by conducting unnecessary headcounts and making them wash the toilets with their bare hands

A

He found out that the power of the situation can influence peoples behaviour. Eg: the guards prisoners and researches all saw themselves conforming to the social roles as if they were in a prison and not a psychological study.
