-The teacher sat behind a wall where they couldn’t see them with the experimenter

Sequence of questions and the learner had to memorize the answer
What happened if the ‘learner’ got it wrong
-A fake electric shock would be sent to them
-these would get increasingly worse. (ranging from 15-450 volts)
