Bullied
Anxiety due to concern/situation
Fear about future
What are the emotional impacts for the family of the young carer?
Guilt
Fear about future/condition
Anxiety about how they will cope if young carer leaves home
Worry about child’s education

Hard to spend time with friends
May not attend social events
Hard to relate to own peer group
What are the financial impacts?
Lack of benefits
No time to get part time job
Parents may not work
