What is Ya Kun’s Customer Service Training Programme like?
A
Every new staff / employee will undergo a customer service training programme conducted by a trainer whereby he / she learns from scratch till proficiency in customer service is achieved at each station in the outlet.
A ‘standard operating procedures’ (SOP) / training manual is also made available to every new employee joining the outlet.
