Investigations for suspected pneumonia?
FBC - high WCC
CXR - new shadowing
Sputum/blood culture/bronchial lavage - causative organism
Complications of pneumonia
Respiratory Failure
Empyema
Pleural Effusion
Death
Describe the resonance in pneumonia

Describe chest expansion in pneumonia
Reduced
Describe percussion in pneumonia
Dull
