hepatocellular injury mimic acute hepatitis antibiotics, antidiabetics, anticoagulants, antimycotics, malaria drugs, narcotics

Allopurinol, Diazepam, Halothane, Methyldopa,
tumor
oral contraceptives, anabolics
what are the clinical findings in cholestatic injury ?
darkening of urine, bright stool, icterus, pruritus
diagnosis of cholestatic injury ?
increase ALP, gamma-GT and bilirubin (transaminases not significantly increased)
diagnosis of hepatocellular injury ?
▲transaminases , also ALP and gamma-GT
