- Proximal pole
- Displaced > 1mm
- 15 degree humpback deformity
- Radiolunate angle > 15 (DISI)
- Intrascaphoid angle > 35
- Perilunate dislocation fractures

- Vertical or oblique fractures
Non-displaced waist fractures
- Decreased time to union
