D-Day

A

On June 6th 1944 Allies hit Germany with force. On two beaches Germans had dug trenches and made holes and prepared and planted mines and such so when the first soldiers took a step onto the land they were surrounded by war and death. Germany was forced out of Latvia, Romania, Slovakia, and Hungary.
