Found it much slower than I anticipated

Give an example of an interaction between a doctor/nurse and a patient you observed during your work experience. What skills did you find to be important for this type of communication?
Women terminated baby, as she felt old hernia wound was flaring up
Doctor had patience, eye contact, gave verbal nods, and a calm manner.
A&E suicide attempt. Give patient time to talk, acknowledge what he says, but challenge them, firm but fair.
During your work experience, did you learn anything that did not appeal to you about being a doctor?
Lack of resources and time
