- take it hard initially, can be quite struck if it’s delivered in a quite direct manner (but I recognise this)

- stubborn
- arise from my passion for work and determination to do well

- Eat and drink
- take a breather if I can, close eyes 1 minute
- think of goals to remind why stress is worth tolerating
