Go to the “Insert” tab, click on “Header” or “Footer,” and choose a style from the gallery.

Go to the “Review” tab, click on “Track Changes,” and then any changes made will be tracked

Go to the “Review” tab, click on “Spelling & Grammar,” and follow the prompts to check the document

Find and Replace in Microsoft Word
Go to the Home tab on the Ribbon.
In the Editing group, click on Replace. This will open the Find and Replace dialog box.
In the Find what: field, type the text you want to search for
In the Replace with: field, type the text you want to replace the found text with.
Click on Replace to replace the current occurrence and move to the next one.
