What is Rough Sawn

A

When wood is cut to a basic size on a circular saw and the edges and sides are not smooth (usually the first stage of preparing wood)

How does the process steam bending work

A

Layer of veneer are steam treated, placed into steam chamber, steam enters one side and excess escapes opposite side, condensed steam drains away, as the steam, flows from one end of the tube to the other moisture is absorbed, after a period of time veneers are removed and impossible to change its shape.
