It seems to be easier for women to enter the job market but they still suffer from the glass ceiling their career don’t progress as much as men’s. Most chores are still done by women and Some working fields are still mostly done by them too m.

There are fewer job opportunities for women and there’s still a wage gap. Some women are now leading business or serving at the highest levels of government but many women can’t have access to mal dominated fields and find it hard to balance work and family.
