A

stroke, seizures, pulmonary oedema, AKI, inflammation of the liver, clotting abnormalities, (Hemolysis, Elevated Liver enzymes and Low Platelets) HELLP

what is the treatment and management for pre eclampsia

A

depends on gestation and severity

can be admitted
bloods - FBC/ U&E/LFTs/ Cls

CTG and USS to monitor foetal wellbeing

regular observations

commence antihypertensives

pre term delivery is indicated
-uncontrollable /severe hypertension
-signs of end organ damage
