A
- Sodium citrate (can’t be used in patients with heart disease, hypertension, renal impairments)
- Potassium citrate (can be used in patients taking ACE inhibitors)
- Analgesics for discomfort management

- Drink 5L of water every 24 hours to flush out bacteria from bladder (voiding)
- No perfume/irritants

A
Canesten thrush (choose which medication depending on patient)

- Buscopan cramps- good alternative to NSAIDs
- Good ole paracetamol
