Compare LEMS to myasthenia gravis
LEMS - keep moving, will improve
MG - gets weaker over duration
What is migratory superficial thrombophlebitis (Trousseau’s syndrome)

-> redness, swelling, warm skin, tender, palpable purpura
-can be first sign before malignancy
