Northern California, NE of San Francisco by a 1-2 hour drive
Mosel
Germany, SW part of country.
Loire
France, kind of in the western part of the country, SW of Paris by a few hours drive.
Marlborough
New Zealand, in the northern part of the South Island
Old Mission
This is the peninsula in northern Michigan, just north of Traverse City. This is where wineries like 2 Lads, Chateau Chantal, Black Star Farms are from!
Sonoma
Northern California, on the coast, due directly west of Napa.
Willamette Valley
Oregon, SW of the city of Portland
Burgundy
France, kind of in the central-south part of the country.
Columbia Valley
Washington State! It’s really big and it’s a large part of the eastern part of the state.
Rioja
Spain! It’s in the North Central part of the country
Piedmont
Italy. It’s in the northwest part of the country, in the foothills (pied-mont) of the Alps.
Rhone
France! It’s in Southern France. The Rhone is an important river for French wine. Most of the “Rhone” region is just south of Lyon and stretches to south of the city of Avignon.
Amador
Northern California. This is pretty close to Lake Tahoe, Nevada. Not anywhere near the coast.
Bordeaux
France. It’s in the southwestern part of the country.
Veneto
Italy! (hint: Venice is in it). it’s in the NE of the country.
