Wind less than 35kn when 36 is clear

Wind less than 35 kn

Winds speed over 35kn at discretion of master and pilot
Ocean Dock
Wind over 20kn - Consider no towage reduction
XL class - over 25kn at least 1 tug required
Cruise - No unberthing if 44 is occupied
Abort berth considered over 30kn
XL class - over 30kn 2 tugs
XL class - No berthing over 35kn
Berth 48 and 49
Berthing and slipping over 35kn at discretion of master and pilot
Berth 101-110
Berthing and slipping over 35kn at discretion of Master and pilot
No shore power for offshore winds over 25kn and all wind over 40kn

Up to 140m - Under 25 kn
Over 140m - 15kn in ballast or 20kn loaded

> 20kn Over Cat 5 can not pass any vessel on SCT 1-4
20kn Cat 6 and 7 can not berth on SCT 1-4
Berthing/slipping over 35kn at masters/pilots discretion

Quarter ramp RORO - No movements NE to SW (blow off) wind over 10kn
Quarter ramp RORO - No movements over 20kn
