What powers does the SHA have?

A
  1. Removal of un serviceable vessels and wrecks
  2. Charge dues
  3. Regulate when ships can arrive, depart and where they can moor
  4. Positioning and maintenance of navigational markers
  5. Make byelaws and general directions for regulation of harbour use.
