61m- 125m and all gas carriers - 12 acts

125m - 150m using tugs - including 4 acts with tugs

What are the duties of a PEC holder?

A

1 Maintain records of self pilotage acts
2. Endure pilot flag is flown during self pilotage
3. Report any changes to depths, navigable channels or navigation marks to the CHA
4. Report any incident/damage
5. Report to the harbour office when summoned by the harbour master
