Assign resources to flanks (Set Objectives)
Create Divisions with appropriate personnel from point of origin - direction fire is moving
Surround the fire with progressive hose lays and line construction
The first-in Camp Superintendent will be the Crew Coordinator
Develop an evacuation plan on all wildland fires that threaten inhabited areas, Wildland pre-attack plans will contain evacuation plan information.
