YOU HAVE TO:
inform your study coordinator that you are sick and are not able to attend classes.
go to the doctor or call emergency.
have doctor’s certificate proving that you were sick and were not able to attend classes.
present the certificate to your study coordinator in 10 days.

You willneed to pay for all provided medical services.
Collect all receipts for the paid services.
Have the copies of doctor diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
Provide claim to the Insurance Company.
