- 2 dominant parties in NI are Sinn Fein and DUP usually end up power sharing

- Since 2011 SNP has had been in popular in Scotland rather than Labour despite only having 3.9% of votes in the UK
- 2019 Lib Dems, Plaid Cymru and the Greens made a pact to not stand against eachother

- David Cameron gave into SNP and held the Indy Ref 2014
- 2017 May lost majority and had to make supply and demand agreement with DUP
