Martin Luther wrote them and it is basically a list of 95 things wrong with the church; he put it on the front door of the church
Who is Martin Luther?
He is a German monk who read the Latin bible, disagreed with the church’s actions, wrote 95 things about how the church was wrong and translated the Latin bible into German. He also started Lutherism and married a Catholic nun.
What is Lutherism?
The belief that you don’t have to work hard to get into heaven, you just have to believe.
Who is John Calvin?
Dude who created Calvinism; attracted Protestant followers with his teachings
What is Calvinism?
The belief that God is all powerful and good while humans are weak and wicked and that their souls were predestined to either go to heaven or hell and nothing could change that
