Occupational- value of work and positive work, manage stress
Exercise recommendation
150 mins for 5 days, 8-10 strength for 2 days and vigorous for 20 mins for 3 days
Plan of action
awareness, assessment, plot changes and make changes asses and keep trying
Recommendations for dash diet
6-8: grains 2-3: diary 4-5: vegetable 6 or less: meat 5 or less: sugar Nuts: 4-5 fats: 2-3 fruits: 4-5
Common death causes
1) heart disease
2) Cancer
3) chronic lower respiratory
these things are like this way due to obesity, smoking, bad eating habits and high blood pressure, also lack of exercise
