ENT (nasal, earache), cough, hemoptysis, pulmonary hypertension, pleural effusion, and glomerulonephritis (hematuria and proteinuria).

diagnostic criteria
A
nasal/oral inflammation/ulcers, urinary sediment, granulomatous inflammation of the vessels.

cyclophosph and prednisone
