this category covers employees whose task involve no exposure to blood, body fluids, or body tissues, but in the course of employment may require performing unplanned tasks covered under category 1
-included are directors (not embalmers), apprentices, assistants, drivers, housekeeping, hairstylists/cosmetologists
Moderate risk ECP
covers employees whose task involve no exposure to blood, body fluids, or body tissues, and conditions of employment don’t include category 1 tasks
Minimal risk ECP
