Few functional limitations (up to 75 yrs)
What is classed as middle old?
Some limitations (75-84yrs)
What is classed as very old?
Totally dependent (usually >85yrs)
What activities do older adults report?
Club, team, group activities (golf, bowls, line-dancing)
Activities using facilities (pools, tennis courts, bowling rinks)
Individual activities (walking dog, - to places, for pleasure; fishing)
Work around the home and garden
Playing with grandchildren
