If a persons name has a date associated with it, you’ll use…(when dealing with H1100)

Go through general rules H1330 > check class web for authorized name > determine class of person on World Cat > check Class web for valid heading > 1100 & check 1330 for restrictions > consult 1155.2 if can subd by chronological
