-schedules for maitenance and cleaning of the amenities during and after the event must be separately organised

Briefing and training for event staff must always be done
Stage plan : lighting fixtures entrances and exits. Power outlets for technical crew
floor plan and setting plan
main parts event layout
catering, bar facilities, toilets, cloakroom, first aid, lost & found, organiser’s office, telephones, bussiness centre and meeting point
