this is when employer alters personnel practices as a result of investigation by compliance agency that ends in a negotiated settlement, consent decree, or court order.

A
An invisible barrier that blocks advancement of women & minorities to upper level management & executive positions within organizations. Current studies show women & minorities are underrepresented in upper level supervisory positions in federal employment.

What is diversity management?
A
Primary goal is to ensure that individuals of all backgrounds work harmoniously in positive work environment to achieve social equity. Another goal is to take advantage of diverse points of view.
