they are diseases that take time to occur
can chronic diseases occur from egg and sperm mutation
yes if the egg and sperm mutate then that can cause a chronic disease
what role do environmental factors play
stuff like pollution plastics radiation can cause chronic diseases
what is a mutable
its factors that you can change ( fitness, diet)
what is a immutable
its factors that you cant change ( age, sex, genetics)
inflammation and chronic diseases
every chronic disease has inflammation

socioeconomic, environmental, early life and stuff in the fetus, disease, burden of illness,
cardio vascular disease and effected areas
it effects the heart and veins and arteries
what is atherosclerosis
its when the blood vessels get fat plaque in them and is the leading cause of death for heart disease
atherosclerosis in different location in the body ( brain , heart, limbs)
( brain, stroke) ( heart, coronary heart disease) (limbs, peripheral vascular disease)
arteriosclerosis
its when the arteries harden
what is a blood clot and how does it occur
fat in blood vessels is detected by cells the cells surround it creating a clot and then it inflames and gets bigger then just breaks off and causes a problem when the blood vessels eventually get smaller
what are the two types of strokes
hemorrhagic ( deadliler) ischemic ( more common)
hemorrhagic stroke
when blood vessels rupture and is deadly
ischemic stoke
more common and is caused from a blot clot
what is a normal blood pressure
systolic 120 diastolic of 80
what is hypertension and can you fix it
its high blood pressure and yes it can be fixed
what is hdl fats
they are the good type of fat and it carries more proteins
what are LDl fats
its the bad type of fats
where is most of your bodies cholesterol created
in the liver
what is central obesity
its when you fat is surrounding your organs
what is the effect of smoking
thicker blood increases LdL
how to prevent diseases
exercise more and lower factors causing diseases like smoking and no exercise and stuff eat better less salt
effect of salt on blood pressure
increases blood pressure since it retains more salt
