How to calculate examinee’s age?
- if day of testing is smaller than day of birth, take 30 from the month of testing and add it to the day of testing
- minus one off of the month of testing
- then minus month of birth from month of testing, and day of birth from day of testing
What is a composite score?
The standardised version of index scores
What does discrepancy comparisons look at?
Significant differences between the different indices

Further investigation into visual discrimination, visual motor coordination, visual scanning or tracking
What is the GAI?
General ability index, composed of the VCI and the PRI.
When is the GAI useful?
When coorporation of WMI and PSI likely to underestimate cognition function based on neurodevelopmental/neuropsychologcial deficits
