e.g. Yugoslav, civil war and how rape used legitimately (They carry Serbian seed so they have to be Serbian)

    i. e: Bloodlines. In extreme forms can exclude people and even persecute for being different
  • Distinction between ‘Cultural Nations’ & ‘Political Nations’ (Meinecke)
