Q

What are the 3 types of target audiences?

A

1) pre-intenders: not motivated to change, need motivational support
2) intenders: motivated but not yet performing the action, need behavioural support

Q

What to include for actors

A

1)coping self-efficacy (believe that u can deal with the barriers)

Q

Define the 3 key constructs that make up behaviour

A

1) Intention = commitment to change. Alone cant do much due to obstacles
2) Risk Perception = fear based strategy of imagining themselves as possible victims

Q

Define the last 3 key constructs that make up behaviour

A

1) Self-efficacy = believing u can control ur behaviour, has 3 types: action, coping and recovery
2)Planning = 2 types. Action planning = details on executing the behaviour
Coping planning = dealing with barriers/alternative responses
3)Action control = monitoring ur repeated behaviour (habit trackers)
