Lizhong Wan In cases with pounding above the umbilicus, this is the kidney qi stirring:
remove the Zhu and add 4 liana (8-16g) of Gui
Lizhong Wan In cases of excessive vomiting,
remove the Zhu and add 3 liang (6-12g) of Shengjiang
Lizhong Wan In cases of excessive diarrhea,
keep the Zhu (while adding Shengjiang - 6-12g)
Lizhong Wan In cases with palpitations,
add 2 liang (6g) of Fuling
Lizhong Wan In cases with thirst and a desire to drink water,
add Zhu to the original amount increasing it to 4.5 liana (9-18g)
Lizhong Wan In cases with abdominal pain,
add Renshen to the original amount increasing to 4.5 liang (9-18g).
Lizhong Wan In cases of cold,
add Ganjiang to the original amount increasing to 4.5 liang (9-18g)
Lizhong Wan In cases with abdominal fullness,
remove the Zhu, and add 1 piece (6-32g) of Fuzi.
Zhenwu Tang Ingredients
Fuzi 6-32g Fuling 6-12g Shaoyao 6-12g Baizhu 4-8g Shengjiang 6-12g
Zhenwu Tang In cases with coughing,
add a 1/2 shoeing (8-16g) of Wuweizi, and 1 liang (2-4g) each of Xixin and Ganjiang
Zhenwu Tang In cases with no inhibited urination,
remove the Fuling
Zhenwu Tang In cases with diarrhea,
remove the Shaoyao and add 2 liang (4-8g) of Ganjiang.
Zhenwu Tang In cases with retching,
remove the Fuzi and add Shengjiang to the original amount increasing it to a 1/2 jin (16-32g)

Guizhi 6-12g Shaoyao 12-24g Shengjiang 6-12g Dazao 6-12g Zhigancao 4-8g Yitang 6-12g (1 sheng in decoction)

diarrhea about 10 times per day with undigested food, thunderous rumbling in the abdomen, a hard and full glomus under the heart, dry retching, and heart vexation that cannot be pacified

The complexion is suddenly red, then suddenly black, then suddenly white. If the erosion is occurring above, there will be a raspy voice

In cases of injurious cold with reversal and there are palpitations below the heart, one should first treat the water, for which one should use Fuling Gancao Tang. This will treat the reversal, but if one does not treat in this way, the water will soak into the stomach and there will be diarrhea.
