How can the client accomplish this goal?
RELEVANT (reasonable, realistic, results based)

TIME BOUND (time-based, time limited)
By when will the client achieve this goal?
What types of evaluation exist?
1) Controlled outcome research: designed to examine efficacy of an intervention in control environment.
2) Evaluation research: designed to compare 2 interventions under the same condition.
3) Naturalistic evaluation: designed to examine effectiveness of an intervention under real world conditions AKA issues of internal validity! (EX: someone got a boyfriend, someone lost housing)
