Action: Flexion of elbow (in all positions)

O: Lateral suprachondylar ridge of the humerus
I: Lateral side of distal end of radius
Inner: Radial nerve
A: Flexion of elbow (when the forearm is in neutral supination/pronation position)

Pronator Teres
O: coronoid process of ulna, medial epicondyle of humerus
I: Middle part of lateral radius
Inner: Median nerve
A: Pronation of forearm

Pronator Quadratus
O: Distal quarter of anterior surface of ulna
I: Distal quarter of anterior surface of radius
Inner: Median nerve
A: Pronation of forearm

Supinator
O: lateral epicondyle of humerus, spinator crest of ulna
I: Lateral, posterior and anterior surfaces of proximal radius
